While delivery timelines may vary depending on your delivery address, the general estimates are:

• Metros & Tier 1 cities: 3–4 working days
• Tier 2, Tier 3 cities & Rural areas: 5–7 working days

We offer exchanges on eligible products within 7 days of purchase. However, customized items are not eligible for exchange. Most of our products are semi-stitched or unstitched, which helps eliminate sizing issues.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we do offer a replacement or a full refund. For orders valued above ₹5000, an unboxing video is required as proof of damage to process the replacement or return.

You can cancel your order if the items have not yet been dispatched. Once the item has been dispatched which usually takes 1-3 days, the order can no longer be cancelled.

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, please note that slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and resolutions.

Unstitched products are fabric materials which can be stitched by the customer to your exact size.

Semi-stitched products come half-stitched. For example, semi-stitched Anarkalis have the top portion stitched, the sides can be tailor fitted as per your size.

Readymade products are ready to wear according to pre-set sizes like S, M L, XL etc.
