Shipping and Delivery
At Jiya Chikan, we value your time and money and strive to ensure you receive your purchase in the finest condition, on or before the committed date. To achieve this, we have partnered with reliable logistics providers including Tirupati, DTDC, Delihivery and BlueDart.
Delivery Timeline
While delivery timelines may vary depending on your delivery address, the general estimates are:
- Metros & Tier 1 cities: 3–6 working days
- Tier 2, Tier 3 cities & Rural areas: 5–12 working days
Shipping Charges
- Pan India Shipping: We offer free shipping across India on orders with 2 or more items or orders valued over Rs. 5000. For single items there’s a fixed delivery charge of Rs. 150.
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse to accept it. Contact us immediately at 7905515701 or email help@jiyachikan.com with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
If your order is lost or undelivered, the full order amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched, which is typically within 12–36 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation must be requested via call at +91 7905515701, stating your Order Number.
Please note: Customized products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you need help with returns or exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Jiya Chikan reserves the right to cancel any order if necessary (e.g., due to inventory issues or payment failure). In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any applicable refunds will be processed in a timely manner.
